This spot has quickly become a favorite for locals who crave genuine Guatemalan cuisine, and it’s easy to see why. The bakery section alone is a treat, with a variety of sweet and savory pastries that are baked daily, offering that perfect balance between soft, fluffy interiors and golden, crisp exteriors.

The real star, of course, is the pupusas. Each one is handmade, generously filled, and cooked to perfection, with the cheese stretching just right and the masa tender yet substantial. Pairing them with the tangy curtido and a drizzle of the house salsa elevates every bite. The menu doesn’t stop there; you can also find other traditional Guatemalan dishes, from hearty stews to flavorful tamales, giving diners a chance to explore a range of tastes beyond the familiar. Reviews often highlight how consistent the flavors are, and it’s clear that each dish is made with care and attention to detail.

What makes this place stand out isn’t just the food-it’s the atmosphere. The staff greets every guest with genuine friendliness, making you feel like part of a community rather than just a customer. Homey atmosphere, delicious food. Friendly people who are willing to help out. Definitely give them a try.

Pupusas were fresh and so YUM! They also have a nice selection of fresh sweet breads and deserts with an authentic Central American feel to the place. So glad to have a mom and pop restaurant like this in the area!!

Hands down the Best MENUDO you will ever taste besides mine of course !! Pupusas are delicious as well . Highly recommend

Truly an authentic experience. The breads, pineapple dessert, and of course the pupusas were soooo tasty. The pupusas came out very hot and fresh. Go here. You will love it. We had the pork/queso pupusas.

Everything is absolutely amazing here. From the visuals of the pan, to the Carne Asada, and, of course, the delicious pupusas. Nothing else will compare going through Dodge city. Get your pupusa while you can you do not want to miss this opportunity. Super authentic food and very friendly people. Revueltas is great, beans are out of this world. We obviously ordered some more to go. Enjoy!

Good size and taste pupusas, lorocco is great, red sauce needs more spice, horchata is too artificial, not bad
